If anyone needs drops from these bad boys, there are several spawns located in the castle you take to get to Noble's Causeway. Respawn time for all castle Chimeras is 6 minutes on the nose. You can take one at a time on the spawns that face each other in the alcoves along the hall with no special splitting method, but if you can't immobilize/snare, you will get the other one when they flee.
They do flee at 20% health or so, both the Raging and Infernal summon. There is a single spawn on the 6 minute timer located very close to NC zoneout if you can barely handle em.
