She despawns when you turn in the note. If you want to run this quest with another necro buddy be warned. If she pops back in the next hour I'll post the timer on her.

I just did this in about 45 minutes with a good group, we're all level 75. Hail Geboron in the GM Necromancer house near the Neriak stone in PoK. He gives you the note to Yuanda.
Yuanda is a Dark Elf in West Karana in the top of the zone, in the mountains, loc p1331, n12569. Giving her the note immediately spawns the 5 Snarling Werewolves. We had a chanter mezz them all, the one that didnt mezz was the one you take first. Pick them off, save your mana. 30 minutes was plenty of time for us to kill them. Corpses are empty. After killing the 5th werewolf, we saw a Shady Bandit on track, bottom of the zone, just below the bandit camp, and under a tree, loc n2920, n11080. He's a wussy. Hail to attacka nd watch him die. He drops the Contract of Sale.
We brought that to Egonis in Lake Rathe. He's not in the corner by Kazen, he's on the Aviak Island at p2455, n655.
Hail him and he spawns the Ronnaiar Skullmoore and pet at p2965, p1005. Ronaiar dies, and you must seek out Worboli at p300, p1005, n227, which means he's at the bottom of the lake. Swim down. Hail him, [i will do somethings] and the Gnoll Scavenger spawns back at the shore. Loot the Rotten Fish, return it to Worboli. Worboli will depsawn, allowing the Shark to spawn back at the shore. The Shark drop a Piece of the Staff.
Return it to Geboron in PoK. He'll give it back to you and send you to Kazen in Lake Rathe. Give him teh Piece of the Staff and he'll give you the Note to Biddliss. Get on with your epic 1.5!
I've done this fight a couple of times now, and after trying to kite them around (not very successful, the blues assisted and killed our healer), we came up with a fairly easy method: group was Nec, War, Shm, Wiz, Clr, and Bard, all 70 with Time/Qvic gear. Everyone stands off, Necro triggers the wolves and FDs immediately. Bard then pulls the wolves away from necro and the group, with anything that does not involve damage (such as HoS), then mez one of the blue ones, train the rest away 100' or so, and fade. As long as no one else came into aggro range, they will all stop in place and stay like a good doggie. Rinse and repeat until all 5 are spread out far enough that they won't aggro each other, then single pull and kill each one. Use as many proc weapons and songs and spells as you can and they go down easy enough.

Is there an anti summon song or a bard aa that prevented summoning? cause if it summons you bard may die just wondering as i have a bard and a necro and im trying to get this done for necro. Got 1.5 fever pretty bad been running high since got 1.5 on paladin. Any responce be nice thanks for your help and good posts on this subject.
We did this last night for Razorboy on Bristlebane. We adjusted to what we encountered, and made it through without a death, but figured to post info to help others. We went there with two groups. Group one was 70War(15k), 70Cleric (7k mana), 70Necro, 70Mage, 70Wiz. Group 2 was 70War(10.5k), 70cleric(6.5k mana), 70Shm, 70Necro, 70Ranger, and 68Sk. The information that we had was 5 mobs spawn on turn in... 4 lvl 68s and lvl 72. 68s can be mezzed, meleed, nuked, and Dotted. Lvl 72 can only be damaged by "Melee Proc." One turn in, all 5 popped and Necro FDed and was CotHed back to group. Ranger "Harmonied" 68s and pulled 72. One 68 added, but didnt think it was a bit deal. Come to find out, all the mobs could not be meleed. Every hit was bring riposted and they could not be slowed or crippled. The Shaman got very busy with "Leopard"(300dd weapon Proc). 68 dropped first because he could be nuked... 72 put up a great fight though. Clerics were oom or close to it. We singled 3rd mob and doubled the last 2. The only thing that I will do differently next time, is bring another Shaman along. If both groups have melee proc on them, then mobs would have gone down a lot faster. Also, bring procing weapons if you have them. We weren't prepared well in that sense, Not with big procs anyways. But we got it done.... Grats Razorboy
Some info on this turnin Lady since there doesn't seem to be a ton out there.. When you turn in the note to yuanda, the mobs immediately pop. They're on a 30 minute timer and if you don't succeed, they will camp your corpse. They do NOT regen or it's pathetically slow. We had the main mob sit at 44% for 10 minutes or so (after wipe : )). If you fail, you can do the turn in again right away, just need to get another note from pok.
Loc 1331 -12569. (Purpose) Start of Necro Epic 2.0 (without 1.0) is in PoK near new NPC by Necromancer GM. He will send you to Yuanda and tell you to give her a letter. When you do, be very carfeul, as a mess of 'A snarling werewolf' will pop and keeeel you.
