ive killed a few hundred of these.. today 1 dropped Discordant Scoriae and a fire opal.. (eq iten collector running )

Dropped these today and it appears to be a quest item of some sort.... all/all magic item, lore item no drop. Will be looking out for quests involving this item and update as I can.
