Swirling Monsoon Elemental  

Respawn is like 5 or 6 minutes maybe 10 max as i wasn't paying too close attention. If a couple mages need. Did him with 3 76 mages, with 76 air pet, servant of chaos focus.

Didn't rs pet or anything went down in like a minute, two merc healers did their usual job of wasting mana. Was so trivial that I didn't even turn attack off when he enraged.

The mages spent alot of time spinning with 250 to 300 magic resist. Sit still works to stop the spin also.

he hits pretty hard but was trio'd with no healer..... 71 sk buffed up to 16.6k with 250 aas with a 78 2.0 zerker with about 90 aas and a 70 mage with 280ish aas the sk and zerker were played by 1 person sk ended up dieing cuz hte mob hits too fast and too hard for just taps to keep em up.... so sk died when mob was around 20% but the zerker and mage finished it off.... didnt have too much hp... would have been flawless with a healer hehe

anyone know how many hp's this mob has and whats best 1-2gp make up for him

mob quads for 900s, is deadly when your spinning.. didnt get to look but believe it lowers your ac or mitigation.. at MR of 439 i resisted 3 or 4 of his procs/spells then got hit and he hit for 900s every time..
this was a wipe
After wipe.. Mob still KoS and will attack if yer trying to get yer corpses.. but only if you go close.. use corpsedrag to get yer bodies out of the way.. stand on the hill...

i just finished a quad a little while ago, was quadding froggies. not wanting to get adds, my quad (which is normally done in the dead part of the forest) was taken to the live side and ended on the valley side by the giant fort. on my way running back to the dead side to med, i crossed the grassy area to run by the zone wall, ran right over the monsoon guy and he kicked my ass. hit for:

all times prior he conned KoS but for whatever reason would never aggro. i've run past him numerous times while quadding or just going back to med and he never so much as twitched.

i was the only one in the zone, no mage did any sort of turn in, and when i went back to get my corpse i tested him - ran all around him, through him, hailed him, and just as before he never moved.


needless to say i'm thoroughly confused, and avoiding him just in case.

I charmed a Hurricane Lorok and sent him in. The Lorok walked up to the Monsoon and stood there. Did not aggro the MoB.Backed the pet off and told him to follow and he did ... /shrug.

BTW, the Monsoon is KoS.
