Pixtt Riel Tavas

Pixtt Riel Tavas is guarded by two corrupted constructs. She is permanently rooted. Her guards are not. Kill the two golems and engage her.

Pixtt Riel Tavas says 'You shall regret trespassing into my chambers. Rise my minions and show them how well I have learned to use the power of this land's creatures. Destroy them all. Leave only enough to feed the hounds.'

She hits for ~4500; flurries; enrages.

Somewhere around 75% she gains a bit of strength:

Pixtt Riel Tavas says 'So it seems you are not so easily defeated after all. I am through toying with you fools. Prepare for the reality of death.' Riel's body begins to speed up as her attacks become increasingly vicious.'

At approximately 30%:

Pixtt Riel Tavas says 'You and your friends are starting to annoy me. Come forth my little experiments choose one of these fools and show them the surprise you have waiting.'

You will want to DPS her down as quickly as possible because at this point, numerous an unstable construct spawn and AE the spell Cataclysm of Stone.

Also at this point she begins casting Ikaav's Venom:

At approximately 10%:

Pixtt Riel Tavas says 'That's it! You have past the point of being bothersome. I grow weary of this encounter. It is time for it to end.'

The golem adds do NOT spawn upon her death. They have very few hps and may be killed, but will continue with their AE spells.
