You cannot impact his movement by root or snare or darkness so when you hit be ready for a melee fight.

Well just charmed one today with druid charm Command of Tunare. So lvl must be 60 - 61.
Had 2 mobs give message not charmable with this spell and one succeed.
Mob hits for max 530 and unsnareable
