I found her at the palace entrance stairs going upstairs. She then entered the palace and headed north
and then went downstairs (west) to the room before the throne room. She then turned back to the stairs at east.
I killed her at these stairs as no roaming guard was nearby atm. The faction hit is serious.

The stats on what she drops aren't good enough to justify the negative faction hits you get for killing her.

I did kill the her several times no drop. So I figured I would start the quest. her pathing is broken so she tends to vanish briefly then reappear. After you get to the point where she gives you the bag, she will disappear. About 2 minutes later she reappeared, in her house. I killed her in her house and she dropped all the stuff.

Aye, this still works. Just do the quest up to turning the buttons into her father- at that point she should fall into a 'dead/sleeping' position on the floor. If you kill her at that point you still get the stick and the robe.
I just agroed her with a non-damaging spell and pulled her to zone, did a low level dot and zoned to avoid faction hit. Illusion: Monk successfully obtained :P

At level 9 she conned blue, white, and yellow to me, so she must be 8-10, not just 10.

if you kill her, what does she drop? & what are the faction hits?
earlier i read that she drops a robe and walking stick...but they were not nice enough to tell us the stats (they were after the graphic). I am tempted to do some investigation for further information.

I've killed her several times lately, she no longer seems to drop anything and the corpse rots immediately.
