Drops Sanded Mindstone Hoop and Jelki rune.. he's a gimp wizard caster
Today this named dropped Ashen Claystone of Aegis once and the Band of Baleful Musing once. The level range should be something like 67 and 68. It has conned yellow and red to a level 65 player. The level ranges on Kod'Taz named will be more accurate once Omens of War goes live.

I think i've never seen that named in KT , where does he often pop ?
