I have killed many of these and haven't seen one drop the Rune of Karana. I did get two "Runes of Dismemberment" dropped from two different Highland Granitebacks. I wonder if this is a mistype or a change.
I also got one Rune of Regeneration to drop, I think it dropped from a highland granitback.
