One of these 'a grimling guard' conned light blue to my 18 Shadow Knight. Embarassingly he was a very very hard light blue so I had to run to the Seargeant Tylah camp for the Vah Shir to rescue me.
Alot lower than 25. I conned one just now and at 14th level, he cons DB to me.
