on rallos zek since the patch it seems they did change the pop rate on the frenzied ,the executioner and the lord .... we had 1 lord ,3 frenzied and lik 2 executioners since the patch but TONS of assassins and eyes .... well something isn t normal and all the pple camping here atm did /feedback ,nobody is happy ,who can camp 50 hours to get 1 item ???? the queue on FBSS almost didn tmove ,if u are 15th how long it ll be ??? /feedback is our friend tho .... a guide answered me he can t know if they changed the pop rate ( they did trust me i saw the difference between BEFORE and AFTER the patch ) but yes they did nerf the pop rate of those fabbled or it s a kind of bug ..... well if u want it changed /feedback and /petition

i ve friends who are on Euro servers they didn t have the patch we had and they have usual dropp ,getting fbss and axes and yak easy without lot of wait ... so yes they changed it and nobody likes that lol

I've taken him down now with a few different groups tonight, and thought maybe I could offer some insight on a few things.
First - The spawn. When I first arrived here, nobody was camping the spot, which I found odd. I peeked inside the find two, yes two of these sitting inside the frenzied room. Looking for some others, I found a group to work with and brought them down with a 64 monk two-boxing a 65 cleric, Myself (65 Paladin) and a 65 enchanter. It was a gradual beatdown, but we made it none-the-less. After finding one sash out of the two and failing the roll, I invited a 64 cleric to come down and wait with me for respawns while the other group members left. Eventually we ended up with a full group after a 58 enchanter, 60 rogue, 60 ranger, and 60 warrior joined us.
Now, heres the second point, and I can't make this clear enough - STUNS. Anyone, and everyone that can stun, including the cleric needs to be unleashing stuns, especially at the beginning of the encounter. The enchanter needs to tash and slow as soon as possible and pray the party gets off one stun in between there or has a tank that doesn't get hit much or can take big, and I mean big hits. After its slowed, its just a gradual beatdown, slowing all the while and just keeping everyone healed. Just beware of the enrage, it brought our warrior from full health to death in about two seconds with a "WTF" message said in group as soon as he respawned...His enrage is vicious, so watch. The cleric ran OOM when it was at 2% and I had to quick heal myself to stay alive, but we pulled it off. I'm happy to say I own the sash now, but its a grueling fight, so be prepared, and hope this offers some help. Take care!

YES he cons WHITE (even) at 42..this however doesn't prohibits him from havign over 50k hp and hitign for 1500 double, Rampage evry 30 sec, and going ENRAGED at 10%
pop rate is abotu 1 per 3 hours and he has FFBSS evry time now that GM event is in progress. As now there is a wait lien for him in GUK 30 people long. You sign up now..you gona get your drop in 90 hours =)
