This guy was so easy compared to getting to him in the first place. Ok, we lost a few people to the AoE, but he went down in maybe thirty seconds after the tank engaged... didn't even have time to think about triggering my AAs before he was gone.
Still, according to the emotes he is a 'geomancer' (aka Mage), so it's no surprise that he's as tough as a piece of tissue paper once his pets are dead :).

His health moves back and forth between 5% and full. Once he AoE's he will stay at 5% for a little while, that's when you kill him.

Ouch, I wouldn't own up to being in Legende Celte, kudos for having balls.
Have been in Ikk1 and 2 and done some probative strikes. Although Ikk 1 Sub boss beat up black and blue and we ran out of time on Ikk2, they both seemed quite straight forward. Is Ikk3 alot harder? I've heard people say they'd never go back to it. Personally I've found them all a blast.

Not so much hard as just painful. The fights aren't that hard themselves, but when you're having to kill the same mob multiple times and then you get some stupid trash mob respawning that can kill your casters in one round of attacks it's annoying to say the least.
I don't plan to go back any time soon.

The event freaking sucks, we spent bout 5-6 hours killing this trial and what did we get off the named? Two +70 endurence augs, talk about a slap in the face. Thanks Sony!
Yeah, the loot tables on GoD bosses seem to blow. We did Ikk2 (Guardian of Glorification, etc) and we got 2 bard horns. They need to work on the % droprate some more, or maybe put augs on a seperate drop table on the mobs to prevent crap like getting 2 augs and nothing else.

Just because he has 5% HP doesn't mean he's a slouch, after you drop the guardian before him running out and regrouping > zerging him.

This guy has only 5% HP left in his bar once you engage him...must be some kind of event thing :)
