Can anyone give an idea where he can be found? Or is it another random spawn?

Spawned twice for us last night, both times conned yellow to my 62 Ranger, and both times dropped the cloak.

Whenever you agro Vokken all the mobs in the first room to the west will agro you no matter where you stand. Basically this means you need some mad crowd control or the room needs to be cleared before you engage him. Trying to solo nameds in Riwwi I've died twice to this bug, or cruel programming, whatever it is. I'm 99% sure this is true because I didn't get any adds first time I attempted him and I had cleared the room already, but next time I had 3 nocs and Kyv running my way because the room had respawned.

I've fought him several times. Each time he wandered into the arena and started hacking down the slaves.
Each time we pulled him, we had no adds. I guess if you engage him before he wanders into the arena, he could aggro other mobs in the room (just like any other mob), but I have seen no bug relating to him and adds.

1st nite in Riwwi, he was my only named spawn in about 3 hours. My GOD he's big lol. Kited him around, 2 snares was enough. Dropped the arms for my shammy bot, unfortunately itll be another day or two till he's 55 lol.
This is my new loot spot as I got the cape off officiator and boots off other named today. Great money spot imo, and boy do I want those gloves as a 65 necro /drool.

Oh ya, once, I did get too close and he doubled me for 275 and 972, my AC is about 725. Thank god he didn't quad cus I only have 2500 hp self buffed =P.

Keeping the first pair of gloves on my mule, so i dont get a lore rot... Id love to use them after I get tired of camping Riwwi.

He is by far the rarest named, aside from the Reluctant Gladiator, that spawns in this place. Also his gloves are apparently his rare drop which is unfortunte because all I am camping this place for is the gloves for my necro...
