a mangy rat  

I was trying to spawn Varsoon, and during the day I noticed that the different "a mangy rat" would roam to places in and around the ruins, and then despawn. Not sure if this is a signal for the mobs that are ph for him or not, but these are the only ones that seem to do it. If Varsoon despawns when he stopps at the ruins as well that could be why he has become more difficulty to find in recent years compared to pyzin who has become easier to find.

Well, since no one else has put anything in here yet, this will occasionally drop a Plague Rat Tail. Great low end sale item. Sell to vendors for over 1pp.
