Well first thing, this is considered an animal, not monster. He spawns in the wrulon courtyard, usually across from the 2 Protector of Marr.
Immune to change in run speed for sure. Does NOT summon. Have killed this guy many times.
DROPS include:
Spectral Parchments every time. At least has for me.
