On the north side of the river in Toxx kill any/all skunks, when you find "a skunk" that respawns in about 8 seconds you've found the PH, I saw "a large skunk" once shortly before I locked in on the 8 second spawn so he is probably part of the cycle a skunk/a large skunk/Reeking Skunk!
