Although the quest is nothing special in itself, the wife wanted to do it but had trouble locating him. Another post on the quest gave -139, +76 but gave nothing else and with all the levels here.....
You can add elevation of +140 and he is on the outside of the room with the Magus in it directly behind the Magus.
