Update*** Went to bed and came back today. Ran into Riwwi to goof off while my nec sat in qinimi killing the ph's around the dog pens. Helped some monk in Riwwi with Blindeye then came running back to check track. Who do I see, none other than Pixxtt Kerxek Vket! Time was 2pm game time. The "a disgruntled stoneworker" mentioned previously was NOT up. Dont know if it is a ph, or despawns when the Ixt model spawns or what. I didnt kill it. Good luck other BiC doers, persistance is the key ( no pun intended)
