Had a little bit of trouble finding him since he's not listed in Find. He's east of the Alchemy ladies (who stand in front of the Shaman spells/GM underground) at 320, 260.

you have to right click him like a merchant . he will not accept no-drop items. you have to click on an item in inventory like a merchant and he will tell you how many pts you will get for that item.

I donated a bit of plat last night to this toon, but I was only able to upgrade in 6 different slots, may have been 5 slots, regardless, is there something that I not getting or do you need to donate items to open up more slots to be used? Any added information on this would be greatly appreciated.

itried my tribute master in gfay and every time oyu give the person a certain amount of pp you can raise any stat any regen I think it is kind of cool

Who is this guy? I talked to him by the Shaman camp and he asked for donations (money/items), but when you try to give him something it tells you he cannot accept items directly. I think this must be some quest that hasn't quite been finished.

He is the tribute guy, right click him first and then hand him a NON-nodrop item and he will tell you how much he will give you for donating it.
