This guy hits very fast, max hit was 583 and I seemed almost chain stunned by this guy. Doesn't summon, can be rooted/ snared..but not for long.
Addendum: These were even con to a lvl 63 friend...and they have lots of HP.

Doesn't seem to be a caster, but has a bunch of HPs. No Root holds him well and he hits extremely hard.
