My group yesterday was tasked to kill this being. I was level 38 at the time (39 now) & Mecshath was dark blue to me. We had no trouble pulling him single, but he still hit very hard, seemed to have a lot of hit points, & put up a tough fight. Not to terribly resistant tho, I had no trouble nuking him. Of course, he dropped nothing at all.
