For an idea of their HPs, I randomly killed 10 of these from all over the zone. One on one, strictly melee damage, went as follows:

1 - 123
2 - 101
3 - 112
4 - 119
5 - 127
6 - 132
7 - 103
8 - 121
9 - 123
10 - 89

So they have on average 115 HPs, give or take depending upon level I assume.

Single hits for 14-16

Drops between 5cp and 4sp for cash.
Also drops cloth armor.
