This mob dropped a Crypt Robber's Gem last night, group had 6 people, levels 38 to 42. We took her down after successfully completing the mission. She was not very hard, max hit for 83 but not often. Resisted my Careless Lightning spell once and the rest fizzled. She has a roamer nearby called A Harvester Gloombringer who hits in the 70's so take it out or mezz it first to be safe.
