When my level 4 Troll SK hailed Treskar looking for the froglok skin mask quest, he mentioned "other weak Shadowknights". When I asked him about them, he instructed me to kill YOUNG Greenbloods and get a black shadow tunic. If I returned it to him, he's give me something from the Nightkeep vault.
I don't know what young Greenbloods to kill that would drop this, so I just made an Ogre SK and did the quest for the tunic. My Troll gave the tunic to Treskar and he laughed at me, having changed his mind, and wanting three tunics total, plus a tax of 2 gold. I made two more tunics with the ogre, and my troll handed them to Treskar along with the coin. This time he was pleased, and gave me
3 copper
12 silver
Tarnished Two-Handed Battle Axe
as well as
+ faction to SK of Nightkeep
- faction with Greenblood SKs (no surprise there)
- faction with Broken Skull Clan
+ faction with DaBashers
and some experience.
He then offered me a "secret mission" should I choose to accept it. The secret mission is to kill the Fungus man Spore Guardian and return his head to Treskar for the Froglok Skin Mask.

Is it possible that this is a PVP quest? He wants you to kill Ogre players? No, because you can't loot them, correct? I've not played PVP.

I just ran this other quest Shiqra mentions with help from the one and only snailish. I play free-to-play, so my Ogre characters don't get their tunics. Snailish made 3 Ogre SKs and turned in the flutes I gathered along with their newbie tunics, and handed me the 3 Black Shadow Tunics. I ran my Troll SK back to Grobb and turned one in, then turned in the other 2 tunics and 2 gold. I received a Rusty Battle Axe, 1gp, and 1cp.

Treksar will also give out two other quests to those of sufficient faction. He would only talk to my troll warrior up to a point; to finish the dialog I had to make a troll SK. So as long as you have good faction with troll SKs, I THINK you can do these quests.
