Ok, so sense its been like 2.5 years, I'll update this. They are indeed SKs, though i noted only the harm touch. That could have been from my resist, or just battle spam. They do not see invis. they run at 20% health. As a 70 cleric i don't know if i could solo these, but my gear is... not aces. They drop words, i forget which one though.
