Ive been camping this guy trying to get the 2 lore rings (Ring of Pine and Band of Tunare) from the Ranger in Surefall glade. I suspected that the other skeletons (mossy and dread) were his PH and it turns out they are. Ronn spawns at 737 146 -38, which is the bloody bone pile in front of the water pool where the "Undea Knight" (rare creature) spawns (drops limestone Ring, +5 hp).
Unfortunately I've done this quest 8 times and have not received either ring.

Found him at night near Bait Masterson - wandered towards NQ zone. Attacked and killed with level 3 agnostic warrior, no other mobs joined in. It was a pretty easy kill.

i killed him just minutes ago, he spawns by the Bait Masterson guy and i dropped him in 1 punch and got Torn Parchment

Where does he spawn? Can anyone tell me? I don't see him on track either.
