He dropped Great Blade of Heroism (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=25999) on 8/23/06 along with a Spec Parchment. First two kills he dropped nothing at all.
Spent a lot of time XP grinding my SK Shammy duo where the Captains spawn. They are both fairly rare spawns and their loot is even rarer.

He summons and hits slightly harder than a normal Valorian mob. His loc is 737, -582.

Only thing I've had drop off this guy is 1 Spectral Parchment and an Ornate Rune Blade...which is vendor loot. I've killed this guy about 3 times.
