On January 3rd 10:30PM 2008 i saw a character named Fullic D'Vinn who was giving tasks to hunt Deathwing Watchers, Guardians, Furies, Minions, and Lords but at lvl 11 he gave me the traditional ur suited to slaying fire beetles so i know no more.

Sept 1, 2008: I found Fullic in Ruins complex right North West of the Lake. I can give /loc later (edited: pos 1053.85, pos 1175.71). He gave me info re quests, but of course it's old world so no quest list etc. I suppose you have to get him the talons. Sounds tedious to me. I have no track ability yet and no clue where to find these drakes....
I have to say Lake of Ill Omen has not much for 20s, or I am missing something. The gobbies are dead before you know it and then.... you walk into some that are more dangerous. Underwater were reds (played my L25 bard) at the city/temple, so will stay away from there for a bit. Will return to LOIO at some point. Hotzone now for L20s... dull place, but pretty. Sunsets are great...

Used my 63rd level druid with maxed tracking, I could not find any "Deathwing Seekers" or anything else like it in the zone of "Lake of Ill Omen."
Another entry (see toracat below) says they are located: leave the back door area follow the edge area around to the right past the tower, they seem to hide in under the walls edge".
So, what does this mean: "Back area"? asked guild and they finally had one person say this means the "Sarnak Fortress". According to EQAtlas.com, there are 3 towers (7 = Tower with Explorers; 11 = Goblin-Infested Tower; 13 = The Windmill (Tower with Professor, etc.). Number 11 (Goblin Tower) is closest and is to the right of the Sarnak Tower (back area). So, going past the "tower" to "wall". I do not know what wall they are talking about (zone wall?) but using track, no deathwing seekers could be found and I went the full length of the zone (far north/east). Over all, I spent a little ove 2 hours looking.)
Either the directions are wrong (they certainly are vague at best) or this has been nerfed.
If anyone can give better directions or better yet, an exact "location" then please do. At the very least, a confirmation that this has not been nerfed would be helpful.

This NPC was up for a GM event a few years ago. Occasionally he repops for some reason, even though he's supposed to be perma-killed.
The quest has no solution unless the GMs run the quest script again, spawning the deathwing drakes.
The persone who wrote the above seems to hint that these no longer spawn, but were part of a GM event a long time ago. I would think that if you can't find any on track for 2 hours.. they are prolly no longer around.

What dose it look like hell i aint even seen a death wing what ever they r

[b][/b]i have not yet seen the seeker, but i have run into the hunters, there light blue to green con to a lvl 50 druid, like one in 10 light blue and they drop about every peice of armor for the death wing gear, my bard decked out in the stuff, as far as finding them the way i have done it besides track is just as you leave the back door area follow the edge area around to the right past the tower, they seem to hide in under the walls edge

This is the first I've seen these mobs - 05 Oct 2003 and I've spent a lot of time in this zone. These conned even to my 31 necro, immune to speed changes and fear. Didn't try anything else on it.
