A Silent Banshee is untargetable. 3 will enter the room when you start the attack on Maestro of Rancor . somewhere between 40% to 39% Maestro health, they transform and be targetable. they are not mezzable in their new form, but they are rootable. If all 3 are killed they will all immediatly re-spawn.
