In Zeixshi-Kar's Awakening: PH is "a coldain missionary" in the Orc fort (the in-game /loc -3570, 180 is between two of them). Tain Hammerfrost has ~4.5 million hitpoints.

From what I read, his respawn is 30 mins.

Also, I have only seen 4 giants spawn. 3 + named, soloable with 54 Wiz.

It's not 30 minutes. It is at least 6 hours, but probably longer.
