This mob has always been a roamer Neriad. She never popped from a static spawn in all my kills. She always follows the underwater tunnel up to the middle of the eastern-most neriad room where the tunnel comes up. She has a larger aggro range for me (lvl 70); She has a much faster regen rate than the others, very noticable when shes mezzd; She can be snared; can be slowed, but mitigated; can be kited underwater if your swim skill is 200; she DOES summon; will not leave the water if you go up top (same as fish but watch out for her summon); is social and will always fight to the death; She hits for up to 300's, has higher than average resists especially to cold; often tries to cast spells on you but are easily totally resisted with over 200 in all resists. She is susceptable to pacify and to mem wipe. They are quite a bit harder than the normal Neriad Maidens. I had to mez and regen up myself before continuing the fight and was disappointed by how much health she regained. I had regen song going of about 90 a tick twisting it with mez song (She resisted it some) and took a couple of times doing that.
Weavers are tougher than your average mermaid (mitigate slow, hit 300s) but have a good chance of dropping loot, maybe 1/2 times or 1/3 times. The no drop stuff on their table is nice, I seem to remember a 9wis priest shoulder, or something like that
