Just a minor note: BB merchant has the shaman version of Pack Shrew for 36 points, the single target shaman version Spirit of Shrew should be found in South Ro (Guk Adv) for 26 points. Guess I need to adventure in more places than just MM.

Ok you have items with slots. Most pre-LDON weps have 1 slot, type 4. This means that any kind of aug that's type 4 or above will fit in this slot unless it has a restriction on it that prevents it from being placed in that weapon slot.

You can't have more than 1 aug on an item with 1 slot, or more than 2 augs on one with 2, etc. A type 7 slot WILL NOT take a type 6,5,4,3,2, or 1 augment. It will however, take type 7's and type 8's.

are u sure a type 7 will take type 8 augs? can anyone who has done this confirm it? because if so this would mean that u could put all those nice type 5 and 6 augs in every weapon that has a type 4 that meets the requirements. i thought they made the nice stuff type 5 and 6 so we couldnt use them on pre LDON weapons but i would love to know for sure

Augs only fit in the slot type they are. Slots are used to buy solvent to remove an aug.

Would someone post again what the exact rules are as far as what types of augmentations are usable with what types of equipment. I found it somewhere here on Alla the other day but now can't seem to track it down. IE: type 4 augmentations are weapon procs etc... Thanks...

yup, crumbled gravestone of renewal is the cheapest, type 3 aug. costs 48 AP I think. I put it in a ring I bought with AP, and voila, a regen I ring cost me under 100AP. Of course, I think the regen 2 aug costs 200+....

It would be cool if these items were listed by AP cost instead of alphabetically.

It would be a bit tedious, but it would be nice if you could change the link names to include and begin with the AP cost.

Something like this...

She also has Mana Ward, Ice Meteor, Guidance, Aura of Reverence, Bulwark of Alendar, and Burning Sand. Those are the spells that show a price of 650AP to me. Still trying to figure out that one.
