The adventurer's stone quest was bugged for Erudite wizards because this npc was at the docks and not in the same zone as the wiz GM. As of now she is in the very back portion of the Erudin bank.
Look for Reko (satchels). She is next to him.

just became lvl 15 and went back to erudin city on arrival following message was generated:
