Those fatties drops 3,5 pp a long sword and a buckler and a inestine neclase with +5 hp on it.
Rare drop is like some gems, got a ruby once.

The faction hits are + with brokenskull clan
- with tha bashers

They do have like 3000 hps and are quiet easy to kill.
The only problem is theyre regen when they are close to die, then u need one good dot on the basher
