Its Thursday, 2:30 AM, and just killed the Ravenous with a DC'd pet (Greater warbone skeleton).
When you enter CoM, take a left at the gate doors, follow the brick path and take your second left (first left will lead you onto a balcony over looking the bridge you cross when you first enter CoM). When you take the second left, you will enter what is commonly know (at least on SeventhHammer) as the "stables" camp.
You will now take your first right into an open area boxed in by walls, and you will notice three doors (one on the left, and two on the right)
I found this guy in the first door to your right, standing inside the small "stable" room. This may not be the only spawn point, because from the look of the picture above (less he was pulled from where he usually pops) then he may be a little random.
70% slowed, he was a rather easy mob to take with my DC pet hitting for 148. This is my first time ever seeing him in the many, many times I have killed in CoM. He dropped the bracelet and I was happy =)
So I took my happy butt to the second door on the right, paxed the first mob I saw standing there, and pulled the one standing next to him, hiding in the corner a "Dread Wrath" Strangly enough, he also droped me some nice loot.
Grinning at the unusual luck I was having, I was both scared that it was now time to have my dose of bad luck, and pushed to try my luck again. I left the stables and took a left into the courtyard, killed the mobs standing around in there, and upon further treking into the zone (only a few steps from the courtyard I was just in) I ran into a big greemn goo. Of course he wanted to give me a hug, so I hugged him back, with a slow =)
My pet took him down easily, and he droped the Ring.
All in all, it took me 15 minutes to get three named mobs, and their drops.. VERY spooky! I just know I'm going to be paying for this. I can see me rolling Zeros on ornates for a while

He can spawn in any spot in the zone which can spawn an undead. Commonly spawns in the stables, because people hunt that area. I have also seen him in both the houses near the goo room, in the long hallway behind the throne room (both as a wanderer and static spawn), and along the arial walkway.

I have seen him spawn in two different locations: The Goo House and at the stables.
The stables has two parts, well call it the "left side" and "right side" if your back is to the direction of the Temple. He spawns on the "right side" behind the first door on the right. (Similarily, a Terror Wraith will spawn behind the next door up in the stables, also in the Goo House, and in the Temple).
In the Goo House, I have seen him may be 10 times and he's always been on the right side of the building, if your facing the two Goo's that spawn really close together at the front of the house.
