Charming this guy and putting two weapons on him makes him into a quad 180 pet. He has a good amount of HP also. Teamed with another enchanter and cleric you can take down any of the other mobs in the zone pretty quickly.

Just killed him today with 43 ranger and cleric. and merc no heals needed, dropped Mace of the Shadowed soul

dropped hom on my 67 ranger and he wen down like a ton of bricks. did heal myself, use discs or any other abilities, just straight mele, he was green to me. was at 50% when he died. he dropped the necklace and 2 seals

Dropped one of these tonight with my 62 monk.. I went ahead and burned my Innerflame disc early in the fight, as well as using a mend--mob dropped with me at 47% health. Conned Dblue to me, so this one was toward the upper end of the level range. I solo Sentries of Justice in PoJ pretty often, and I would say that this is a bit more difficult. Oh, and it dropped the mace, and one of the broken seals. Good luck folks.

so far have 3 different ones they all id as just " a broken seal" (thanks to chanter who helped id them)

as of the patch on the 26-5-04 he now drops a broken seal (lore no drop) it also drops off the named slime

I have had these drop from I think every named in the zone that I have killed. But I have no idea what they are for.

These spawn just about anywhere the fog/haze/mist golems will spawn. This includes right at the zone line
They have 6-8k hps, hit *very* hard for their level (160-180s), and have an annoying tendancy to break root. The occasional one is light blue at 54, so at a guess the level range is 45-50.
Mace of the Shadowed Soul is the common drop. I've killed at least 10 and not seen the mask yet.

Killed him twice now. Mace dropped both times, mask once.
I went to check CoM last night. 3 of those were up when I walked in, around the castle area. They hit pretty hard, to the point I could not keep up with heals on my LoZ. So i snared, and ran circles in the yard. Root cooking would work too.
All three dropped the mace and one dropped also an Iron Mask of the Wise http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=23032.
