not sure if i am supa lucky or just uber awesome i was only there for 3 hours 6th spawn cycle and bam there he stands with sword in hand i whacked him about a bit slapping him like a hemansupahoe put him in his place then ganked his swanky cutlass go me

Its now 2012 and this guy is still insanely hard to get to spawn.

Spent the whole day trying to get him to pop today. Multiple ph spawns with absolutely no luck. I probably would've been able to complete the 1.0 today with all the time that i wasted here.
So, just a suggestion. If it's for an alt, do the 1.0. Much quicker...

Ive been camping this dude for 10 hours now, and nothing. I have not even seen any Elites so far.

Taskmaster Waggad finaly popped after 7 hours on May 10, 2009, so it must have been fixed. Yes he dropped the Taskmaster's Cutlass. The location is the same 1770, -900.

I've been camping this guy for about 30 hours now for the past 3 days....... and I've seen 6 Elite during that time and NOT A SINGLE named?!?! they timer on him is not 25 minutes; not even close.
I'm fairly confident this is broken, as I spent almost 48hrs continuosly there, and a total of over 80hrs, and never a spawn, killing a wide section of the zone for long periods of time, and only the PHer for a long period of time, and never a spawn. I ended up, just doing the 1.0, and the only reason I had considered doing the prequest was the Ranger already had a 50% slow proc weapon. Depending on your level, the 1.0 can be done in a relatively short amount of time.
Only part I didn't have to camp for was the Corrupted Emerald from Hate, but did the entire rest on my own, and only took a few days, and probably would of been less, had I not stopped to try to do the pre-quest in between. One part or another the Ranger prequest seems to broken all the time. The hole mob, was broken for about 6 months a few years ago. This mob appears to have been broken for quite a while as well (was 2-3 months ago, when I last tried it).
/bug it, may eventually get it fixed.

every Waggad spawn was after killing an elite broken skull dreadguard at loc +1764,-864 right by where Waggad spawned
Just got him after like 5 spawns at the +1768, -900. location. NO elite spawned before him. Just the reguler spawn them named.

Repop time on this guy's PH is 24:30. I'm camping him for the cutlass since it's the best monk usable slasher in the game atm for the suchon event.
Ok. So you know what the PH's respawn time is, but you fail to mention the PH's name. Care to enlighten us all, por favor?

This mob still drops the cutlass from above. I have yet to find a quest associated with it, i do however know that even though it is no drop you can tribute it for 2400.

Found him up on the nite that Omens of War went live and he dropped the Ring of Leadership plus Taskmaster's Cutlass. Ive searched but cant find the cutlass listed anywhere which seems strange for an expansion thats been out for 18 months. Wonder if its part of one of the new epics?
