Where does it pop?

A friend and I camped this mob for nearly 4 hours!! We petitioned but then finally it popped dropping the leggings and the book.

I was able to delete the petition so I don't think a GM had anything to do with the pop.

Then about 20mins later it popped again and dropped the same loot. So you could be in for a long wait if you're after it then again you could be lucky!

Yes, that's what I tried, but when we pulled the right hand mob he pathed to the left, right on top of two others, who then pathed over the rest of them.

Well, I will try again, and maybe try working from left to right this time :)
My (bad) experience

Just thought I would share my one experience of trying to pull this guy.

Had a small group of 56 druid, 55 shaman and 54 enchanter and were moving through the zone using enchanter to pacify where necessary to get single pulls. Pulling with slow or ensnare.

We got to this room of 7 mobs and Bibodik was up. Dealt with the single spawn in the water. Then the problem is the other 6 mobs are on a ledge at the back whereas you are in the water if you want to be out of aggro range. So of course you can't cast on them.

Thinking ourselves very clever we used levitate on the chanter and shammy to get them out of the water. Cast wake of tranquility here and there, and then pulled the righthand mob with turgurs.

The first problem was that he pathed to the left before heading for us, right on top of the other mobs, so we ended up with all 6 despite the pacify.

Oops.. but "no problem", the druid had lesser succor memed and the shammy was tough enough to take the hits until it went off.

Wrong :) The druid was still in the water, the other two guys still levitating, so they didn't get picked up by the evac.

Well, you learn from your mistakes :)

I'm not sure how to do this room without a lot more force. I guess one of the other mobs might have better pathing, or possibly by using the same pacify technique but then trying to fight the mobs in place and hoping not to agro more than 2 or 3.

Anyone have any better techniques?

It shouldn't matter where they path if all mobs are Paci'd . Right ?

This is an older post, and I am sure someone has already answered you, but I will go ahead anyway.

The Lull effects only reduce a mob's agro range. They are still able to agro if you get close enough, or if one of their friends wanders over their heads. Nurga gobbies seem to be exceptionally blind to anyone over lvl 50 or so, but still don't take kindly to a dotted friend stepping on their heads. I hope that helps someone, even if the original poster doesn't need the info any more. ;}

Answered my own question. Spirit Chanter Bibidik in Nurga spawns at loc n2006 p1351 in same cavern that Slaver Driver Nimol Spawns.

Have to swim underwater a short distance to get to him.
