We posted to the map of Siren's Grotto the location given in the information here. The level 77 wizard swam around that area of the zone, finding what we guessed was the noted "well" but could not get from there to the level and area where the Name is found. Ahh, so employ the pet-pull method. In our tag-team this time is the 105 necro and her controllable pet and the wiz. The necro set her usual high level pet upon the Name. As we had such a hard time getting to (failing) Name we thought the pet would take a while also. That was not the case, Almost immediately, the pet and the Name interacted. Before I could pull the pet off the Name was dead in its remote location. UGG!

Employ third member of the alt family to track. About two or three hours later, the ranger found the Name back again.

In second attempt the necro chose a level 40 pet, which with speed equal to that of its more mature kin, engaged the Name. The necro attempted to pull the pet off, the pet died. The Name with two associates popped upon the necro who killed them with her spells. The wiz looted the needed item, happily.

Actual in-game /loc is 175, -50, -55. You have to go all the way down the well to the bottom, exit the water tube, and work your way back up to reach her unless using the "send a low-level sword and get summoned" process.

I actually gated to Cobalt Scar, then zoned into SG from there. Then I evac'd to WW zone in. Went down the hall and killed a few walruses and bulthral's or whatever they are called. Then got to the room where the well is, and /tar Mistress. It let me target her, so I cast my pyroblades on her, and she summoned me right to her! Worked like a charm. She was down in under 2 seconds. But my wizzy is level 100...

67 ranger, buffed in guild lobby with 20k hp, 2k ac and 400+ dmg shield. Returning player so only in intricate and elaborate defiant. Sightseeing the old zones.

Ran up to her on her spawn spot, as she sees invis agro'd her and 5 adds. They all pretty much battered themselves to death on my shield, finished her off with cleric merc still nearly full mana in a few mins. Dropped ring, shard and some spells. Actually wore the ring for a few days as was better than bazaar ring i had on before.

Mob sees through normal INV from a necro. Did not try Undead INV or SOS on my rog.

duoed with 75sk 75wiz 2 healer mercs(cultural gear)using eye pull method below works great had about 10-12 adds stood ground and killed them all very little difficulty ethereal conflag rk2 one shots most of them the ones that didnt flash fires rk2 took care of ran oom so just meleed till wiz had more mana and finished them offpretty easy encounter and quick done that way rather than fighting in hope this helps

was intending to box her with my shamy, had sloth on, fully buffed at 15.8khp, died before shamy made it up to the platform.

just tanked her with 4 or 5 adds on me, didn't even need to use a heal potion, died extremely fast has very little hp.

I absolutely hate that they put these epic mobs in random spots throughout random zones. To **** with lore when it comes to this. I was exploring SG unbuffed after a venture to DN. Looking around the siren area I had never taken the time to see. I start going up the platform and none of the sirens see invis. I go around a corner and up the ramp and bam this ***** gets on me and aggros about 5 adds. I could not get an FD off because of spells and her hits of up to 735 are just rediculous. They really take no consideration for lower level players these days.

Though I thought I would die a few times trying this, it was much easier than expected:

1) do this at WW zone in. Do NOT try to do this at her spawn point. Kill all the mobs between zone in and the end of the tunnel to your right as you zone in. This means maybe 5-6 walruses and Bulthars. Don't worry about mobs down the left tunnel, mobs will be coming from the right.

2) from the zone in, use Eye of Tallon to target Mistress.

3) once targeted, again from zone in, cast Flaming Sword of Xuzl (not the lvl 69 sword). The sword will travel all the way to her and aggro her. You will get an emote that she's on her way.

4) At first, 1-3 adds will come with her, root AND snare the adds. Ignore the Mistress. You're probably getting beat on a little at this point, but stay cool. Once the adds are snared AND rooted, zone to WW.

5) Recast rune, hit heal potion, etc., but don't take too long. Zone back into SG and kill the adds that should still be there.

6) Med to full (for MB), and repeat steps 3-5 until the Mistress comes alone. This usually happens about the 3rd pull.

7) Once you're POSITIVE that she has come alone, ManaBlaze her (36k damage). This will drop her down to 7 or 8 health. Use fast casting nukes to finish her before she kills you. Magic Spark or Bane spells did well.

Note: this was done by a 70 wiz, fully raid buffed (11.5k mana/10.5k HP), with max Crit AAs, max Defensive AAs, a good supply of heal potions, and obviously, Manablaze AA.

That technique you used is excellent, and it worked very well for me as well. I had more than just 3 adds, but what I did was kill as many sirens as I could before zoning out (so they wouldn't add again when I pulled her). Then I zoned back in, and used the same technique to pull her. She came up with only one add - mana burned her, and got out.

Killed her yesterday with lvl 75 and 75 wiz. Killed all mobs from ZI from WW to the water tube going down.
Targeted with wiz eye and sendt in sword. Plan was to tank her and the 3-4 adds with war and then just nuke her, but she came with 10+ adds and we had to zone out quite fast . . when war hit 20% HP.
Zoned back in 5min later . . meddin take a long time when tashed. What do u know, she was still at zoneline but all the adds had gone. War grabbed aggro and wiz send in a manaburn. She did not resist and she got less than 41k HP! :)

Ny guess is u can just pull her to ZL and zone with for the adds to go then zone back in and kill her . . . or does she sometimes wander back to spawn point?

ok i've used alla for years but never posted here. However, this has to be about the most useful post i've ever read. i would never think in my wildest dreams i could solo this chick, but this guide is perfect. So far i have tried twice with no luck but i think next time will be it.

the first time i tried, it was like clockwork. sure enough on the 3rd pull here comes the mistress down the hall all alone. so i hit manablaze. but then i notice i am getting hit by a regular siren. she was in the wall!!! now i see why you say be VERY POSITIVE she is alone. so i wasted a manablaze and had to zone.

so on the 2nd try i was very sure. after manablaze i got on a couple more nukes she was at 4 health but already i was at 12 health, so i panic'd and zoned. my recast timer on healing potion was not met. man she hits fast. at least i didn't die. i think maybe i need just a few more hit points to do this. or maybe to finish my defensive aa's.

but anyway this was a total rush to try this solo. thanks for the awesome guide.

We invised to her, then cleric pulled the nearby trash mobs with paci.

He then charged Mistress and tanked her with stuns, damage shields, and HoTs while the wizzie carefully nuked her with lots of concussions in between nukes.

We also got 3 or 4 adds that we simply ignored until Mistress was dead.

The cleric had all defensive AAs, and around 11k buffed HP and 2k buffed AC.

Did this mob today with a single group. Took us a few minutes to figure a way to get it done. Group was a 70 SK, War, Wiz, Bl, 69 Cleric, and a 66 Druid. The druid was boted. A few of us died a few times just figuring it out. The final plan was simple. The SK got close enough to her that she could be targeted. The rest of the group was staged near the WW zoneline. We cleared a few of the mobs leading to the well. The Beast assisted the SK and waited for the SK to get back to the zoneline. Once all where up near the Zoneline the Beast sent in his pet. As soon as the pet made contact... /pet hold. The named and about 3 adds came to the zoneline. Once there she fell like a gimp. Might have been overkill, who knows. Thats what worked for us. Hope it helps others... I would imagin, any pet class with /pet hold could do the trick, and I am sure other group makeups will do fine.

She is immune to changes in attack speed. Also, she's pretty tough to pull, what with the horrible design of the well area. She fell through the stairs multiple times, pulling huge trains with her.

taken out with one group just yesterday. Was total overkill. 2 clerics, tank, wiz, and dps forget what class. First cleric got summoned and we couldnt find him so he ended up tanking this thing while i (second cleric) spot healed with Pious Remedy till we found him and tank took over. he was down to about 80pct due to the clerics dmg shield he had on at the time. this mob is a cake walk if you can make it down there without dieing on the way from all the adds in the water area

Nothing in the area sees thru invis. Just keep invis up, evac to the WW side of the zone. Invis up, go down the water tube and your there.

This mob enrages. Hits for 650ish max(?) but hits pretty fast. Took her out with a Wizard and a Shaman. We had 4 adds and we were winning so with me at like 20% life left I HT'd her... into an instant rage, heh.

I died instantly to rage much to the humor of the people I was with :) . Dropped that neat cloak though, I can cast EB on people who don't have the aa or Faerune now. Pretty handy utility.

My group invis'd up to the ledge just below where she spawns and killed the roamers, then pacified all the sirens around her. Our SK hit her with a snare (which didn't take, immune to changes in run speed) and as she was running down the ramp, she DROPPED THROUGH it and came up the ramp below us, pulling a train of 10+ sirens with her. We succored without anybody dying.

A group member had to leave asap after that so we decided to come back later, and found a whole guild raid of 25+ there to take her down - was kinda funny to see that big of a raid doing a CR getting ready for their 2nd attempt =D.

The enc is puller£¬since we camp at downstairs£¬she use spell£ºWake of Tranquility for other sisens.And tash on darkwater pull her down to camp point.

Our guild has done her 4 times now and each time she has dropped the ring. We have her on our guild hit list , so if she drops anything new will keep you posted.
