Here is the low down on this.
quads for 980 unslowable.
has two guards who can not be split both have 30k hp and are clerics, so kill them first.
At 25% he changes forms from steel golem to stone golem.... he rampages once then morphs and starts to proc a 900dd with a HUGE knockback...
The morphin power ranger thing was very unexpected, and wiped our raid but we did get him down and a cleric camped and rezzed and got our loot.

I went down there about a week ago and we tried this guy. After the MT went down he came after the rest of the raid, he attacked me and though he did 3x 4x hits his max on me was 600. Mostly he hit for 400.
We tried for about an hour to split the Guardian and the two gargoyles but couldn't manage it. We were able to pull the Guardian and one of his guards off but then aggroing the 2nd guard who was left behind made the other two come after the tagger when the puller was dead. They seem to have one huge aggro range. All three are immune to snare, root and can't be pacified either.
Beside that all I can say is that the Guardian is hitting for a good 900 though he only seems to double at best, his attacks were semi-fast, his attack speed doesn't come close to e.g. Derakor the Vindicator's. He doesn't flurry or rampage either or only so slowly that we never witnessed it in the 20 seconds our fights against him lasted.

This guy will aggro along with his two gargoyles when you try to open the door behind him. Otherwise they con indifferent.
