Probably lvl 61 as most guildmasters are. He's my arch nemisis since I am a dark elf warrior. He will meet my blade one day! Hehe, that'd certainly be kewl, a evil only raid in gfay :)

at lvl 29 i just got my DE mask, and was walking around UNDER kelethin with the proc on. he jumps DOWN the plats (i've heard aggro has an infinate z value in {x,y,z} but never really believed it) he punched for 261, 260, but i hightailed to CB and he stopped following after the orc lift. I'm a bard with MM and selo's, and in the 3rd person view i was outrunning him. he's slow =)
