OK Now I've been back and remember where this LB mob spawns so I'll try a DC and see if it works.

These have a nasty Harm Touch for around 700HP.
I'm sure I've seen one around level 46 as I wanted to DC one of these for a pet but had one at the time so didn't bother.
However, just because a mob is LB doesn't make it of a DC'able level I guess so who knows?
