i went to 2585, 2040 and said "I wish to recover what is lost." with my lvl 41 cleric and nothing happened. am i doing something wrong?

maybe you need to say it in froglok language or something...i dunno i neva did it, just a suggestion

Followed the quest as listed. Went to 2585, -2040 in the Rathe Mountains (aka a pile of froglok remains) Said, 'I wish to recover what is lost.' and nothing happened.

Just started quest on my enchanter today, worked perfectly fine for me. Did you have the pile targetted and were you visible?
I finished this quest last night. I got to the Froglok Remains right after someone had started their quest so they had despawned. I didn't time them exactly, but it took right around 1 hour to respawn. Hope this helps.

Evidently this mob is on a timer. He has not been here for the 45 mins I have been trying to find him.

I was surprised to see a yellow con in RM with my 63 Druid. This mob is 64 or 65.

Loc is (+2600, -2050) in Rathe Mountains. Coming from The Feerrott zone, turn right at the first intersection and it's at the first ruins you come to, pretty easy.
The pile is level 65.
