we engaged this guy twice tonight.. the first time he gated at 80%. I still had him targeted, so I cast bind sight... he was just walking away on his same path.. no adds, no aggro. He wandered back into the room later and didn't have an aggro radius any larger than before... kinda strange... almost as if he was memblurred and high sunned. Used bard-mez to interrupt the second fight and dropped him easy.

Cannot be snared/rooted.
Can be mezzed.
He may be able to be stunned(with an appropriate level stun) but am unsure.
Slowable.
Haven't tried to charm him.
He doesn't summon
He wanders to some of the temples/shrines and has no PH.
Haven't killed him much but similar drops as the other human mobs.
