Farming this guy for an alt, wont drop anything apart from tradeskill stuff, I have to have faction to get the drops?
new aug, prolly for it being a hot zone... dropped off him today... Corrupted Ruby Amulet, type 7 aug, 25 hitpoints, 25 mana, required level 45... all/all, no drop, lore. fits most item slots, but not all.

I was just exploring lovely Skyshrine a bit...
cus' people on my server want guardians robes and
well as a Kael ally - the thought was appealing.
But I came into room... decided to engage
morin - and he dropped Decisive boots of the kin.
