yea i gotta agree wit the first guy this king picklaw dude is from runnyeye
This was a GM event. Lord Picklaw usually resides in Runnyeye, a much abandonded zone next to Misty Thicket. He drops uber loot for Old-World Zones (Garbage Now). You should check him out sometime, fun to kill!

I lvled a ranger on sullon zek from lvl 8 to lvl 55 in hhk.. thats 47 lvls.. i never saw, nor heard of this mob.. wheres a sc?

Just because you've never seen him doesn't mean he doesn't exist. It's likely it was around for some event the GMs did.

I have leveled all my toons here and not once has this thing spawned, someone just wanted to look cool saying there is a special mob here
No way does this guy exist, another anon guy just added it in somewhere, I've spent MANY MANY hours killing gaurds / gobs / nobles ect in this zone. No picture? No loot existing? No one ever heard of him? Non-existant.
