I killed this guy my 2nd try.
I used 61 Air full buffed & healed, I had a hit point buff about 3200 for me.
It took 100% mana, a hit from mod rod, 1500 hit points from me and pet to 5% but he died by me and me alone a all time new high kill fer me. He dropped no loot only a few GP. BUt I killed a 61 mob. He hit me for 486 a few times and I would guess he has about 28+ in hit points.

Had one of these drop a Signit of the Dark Knight about 20 minutes ago for my Paladin Marsinger Quest.
hit for 586, have about 25-30k hp.
