Anyone have a Loc of this Dude ? Or a description how to get to him ?

He's located a few rooms in from the entrance of Korucust's building. /loc: neg 100, pos 220.
To add a label to your LoY map, open your chardokb_1.txt file (in your EverQuest/maps directory) and add the following line to the end using Notepad:

Combine the gems and you get Baelins Gem or something *chuckle*, turn it back in to him and you are given
