Drops Drogan Earth Totem on occasion. Used in a quest that I would call...
Goblin Retribution. After you free a dark elf (he despawns in droga and respawns in Overthere outside the outpost) in the jail he asks you to seek retribution on the goblins for his torture. Asks for 3 drogan earth totems and their leaders (named earth seer) spirit ring. Says he will reward you greatly.
