As of 6/23/10 killed him then about 6 devotees, then nothing. Dunno if it's bugged or I killed to quick :P

he pops 6 mobs on death. forgot names but soloed by a 81 mage
What is his respawn time?
groupable, however was in disc, quaded for 500 max in disc, so probly 800 normaly, is slowable. spawns about 10 mobs on death.

How many have to be up in order to do dust ring with the named at end , not the PH
